WZL-2’s primary quality objectives are air safety, total customer satisfaction and environmental protection.
We aim to:
- Continually improve integrated quality and environmental management system by ensuring that our organizational structure, well-qualified personnel, equipment and modern technology contribute to the overall quality of our services
- Continually ensure safety and minimize human factor-related risk
- Maintain efficient communication system for aircraft-related incidents within the company and maintain personnel awareness of necessity to cooperate with quality auditors
- Meet the requirements of quality assurance system, continually improve its effectiveness, prevent any damages to environment, which shall be the responsibility of WZL-2 management
This quality policy has been made available to the public, is known to WZL-2 employees, and its principles are applied on all organizational levels.
