Chemical conventional coating

Chromate coating of aluminium is an electroless process of applying a conversion chromate coating to aluminium and aluminium alloys. It is carried out using the most modern line in region with full laboratory monitoring and qualitative testing.

The resulting coating increases the corrosion resistance and adhesion of paint or other organic coatings. The coating may be conductive or non-conductive (Class 1A or 3). We are planning to introduce chromate coating based on trivalent chromium and chromium-free conversion coating.

The process meets the following standards: MIL-DTL-5541F and PN-EN 2437.

Maximum dimensions of parts: 1350[mm] x 600[mm] x 700[mm].
