On Friday, October 24, representatives of our organization participated in the conference “Women in the State Security System – Challenges and Perspectives,” organized by the GROM Foundation. Strength and Honor in Bydgoszcz – one of the key military centers in Poland.

This important forum for the exchange of experiences between representatives of the military, uniformed services, public administration, and the defense industry aimed to highlight the role of women in the state security system and promote their activity in key areas of security and defense.

One of the panelists was Magdalena Suplicka, Commercial Director of WZL No. 2 S.A., who pointed out that arms companies should boldly open up to women, treating their participation as an investment in the future, because “competence has no gender.”

The conference provided an inspiring space for discussion about the future of national security and the role of women in shaping it.
