Wojskowe Zak\u0142ady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. are one of the largest aviation plants in Poland, included in the elite group of companies of strategic importance for the economy and defense of Poland. The company belongs to the Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa concern, which, in response to the growing market requirements and the needs of the Polish Armed Forces, decided to merge Wojskowe Zak\u0142ady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. in Bydgoszcz with Wojskowe Zak\u0142ady Wojskowe No. 4 S.A. in Warsaw. After consolidation in January 2020, the capabilities of the Warsaw plant expanded the offer of WZL No. 2 S.A., which currently employs approximately 1,400 people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The plant has 78 years of experience in operating, servicing and modernizing military aircraft, including fighter and transport aircraft with significant technological advancement. The Warsaw part of the plant specializes in servicing jet, turbine and starting engines, as well as low-power power turbines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Merged Companies, under the common banner of WZL No. 2 S.A. today they offer comprehensive maintenance and modernization services covering airframes and engines, as part of a one-stop shop formula. Apart from military aviation, civil aviation activities are constantly being developed. The company’s offer also includes unmanned aircraft systems, including: SBSP in the Short Range Tactical category or the DragonFly LMS system.<\/p>
