On Friday, October 24, representatives of our organization participated in the conference \u201cWomen in the State Security System \u2013 Challenges and Perspectives,\u201d<\/strong> organized by the GROM Foundation. Strength and Honor<\/strong> in Bydgoszcz \u2013 one of the key military centers in Poland.<\/p>

This important forum for the exchange of experiences between representatives of the military, uniformed services, public administration, and the defense industry aimed<\/strong> to highlight the role of women in the state security system and promote their activity in key areas of security and defense.<\/p>

One of the panelists was Magdalena Suplicka, Commercial Director of WZL No. 2 S.A., who pointed out that arms companies should boldly open up to women, treating their participation as an investment in the future, because \u201ccompetence has no gender.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>
