meeting with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev and Katerina Gramatikova-Ivanova, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria

On July 9, 2026, representatives of Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. held a meeting with Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev and Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria Katerina Gramatikova-Ivanova. The discussions focused on opportunities for developing cooperation between the Polish and Bulgarian defense industries, particularly in the areas of modern technologies, unmanned systems, and strengthening the defense capabilities of NATO and European Union member states.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss potential avenues for industrial cooperation, and implement joint projects supporting regional security and the development of technological capabilities in both countries.

Representatives of WZL No. 2 S.A. expressed their full readiness to continue supporting the operation of Bulgarian MiG-29 aircraft and to continue cooperation in the coming years.

The company consistently develops its international relations by engaging in initiatives that foster the building of partnerships and strengthen cooperation between defense sector companies in Poland and Bulgaria.
