Military Aircraft Works have completed the Project: Construction of an industrial sewage treatment plant in WZL Nr 2 S.A. to reduce the amount of untreated sewage, in accordance with funding agreement No.: POIS.04.04.00-00-004/08-00.

The Project was funded under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, 4.4. Support for enterprises in the area of water and sewage management.

(Military Aviation Works No. 2) by diversifying production and introducing new and improved products, in accordance with Agreement No. WP-II-P.433.5.263.2014 of 30 June.

Under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Measure 1.2 – Competition_1/1.2/2015_INNOLOT, Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. together with Soft Blue S.A. implement the following project: Design and construction of a series of special-purpose unmanned aerial vehicles.
Intermediate body: National Centre for Research and Development
  • The aim of the project is to develop the following types of unmanned aerial platforms: Patrol Platform – equipped with a lightweight electro-optical head with visible spectrum and infra-red sensors.
  • Research Platform A – equipped with dedicated containers for testing air pollution.
  • Research Platform B – equipped with special sensors and detectors for assessing environmental contamination with chemicals.
  • Research Platform C – equipped with a sampling system for chemical analysis.
  • Research Platform D – equipped with an NDVI camera for assessing biological decomposition of flora.
  • Integrated Reconnaissance Platform – consisting of a carrier-signal retransmitter and a mini-observer equipped with a lightweight camera for monitoring building interiors.
  • Photogrammetric Platform – equipped with proprietary image navigation system for movement in hard-to-reach areas.

Under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. (Military Aviation Works No. 2) together with PCO S.A. have been implementing the project: Integrated optoelectronic head for unmanned vehicle platforms for providing autonomous detection, classification and identification of sought objects and threats.

The purpose of the project is to develop a technology for the production of optoelectronic head designed for installation on unmanned aerial, land and surface vehicles of various types and sizes.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Measure 1.2 “Sectoral R&D Programmes.”
