In order to promote the idea of volunteering among the employees of Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. (Military Aviation Works No. 2) and to involve the staff in working for their own environment, local community and assisting groups of those in need, in October 2014 the Company launched the corporate volunteering program “Volunteering Changes People.” Nothing is better to build mutual relationships than a common goal. Furthermore, the goal of working for others increases not only engagement and motivation to work, but also a sense of satisfaction: I did something good for others.


The purpose of employee volunteering under the slogan “Volunteering Changes People” is support for NGOs and public institutions in their statutory activities, with a focus on long-term activities and effects.

What is CSR?

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an enterprise management strategy based on a conscious and balanced approach focused not only on financial gain and economic aspects, but also the needs and requirements of social and environmental interests within and outside the company.


We invest in the development of our employees through programs that improve our employees’ skills (numerous courses and training sessions), as well as integration programs.

We are committed to our environment, our Company is interested in matters related to Bydgoszcz, and therefore we support local institutions and individuals, cooperate with local organisations, and help to support programs for children and young people.

Our activities are also aimed at environmental protection; we carry out initiatives such as the implementation of environmental policies, sustainable management of raw materials, waste segregation, environmental education of employees, and introduction of environmental processes.

We promote ideas to help those in need, and to increase public awareness of certain issues.
