The Controller of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process is Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. with its registered office at Szubińska 107 Street, Bydgoszcz.
Personal data will be processed in order to conduct recruitment process pursuant to Article 6 (1c)
of GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the Regulation) for it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller under Article 22 of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 in the scope of: first name (middle name), surname, the names of parents, the date of birth, address (correspondence address), education, employment history and, pursuant to Article 6 (1a) of the Regulation, a voluntary consent for data processing beyond the scope of data provided for in Article 22 of Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974.
Personal data will be stored only for the aforementioned purpose for one month. If the Controller obtains a voluntary consent for data processing in future recruitment, then personal data will be stored for six months since the consent provision. The data subject has the right to access and transfer personal data or request their correction, deletion or restriction of processing. The data subject may also object to the data processing and withdraw consent any time. The right to lodge
a complaint with a personal data protection supervisory authority is also reserved to the data subject.
Personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions under the terms specified by law and to other processing entities, who provide services for the Personal Data Controller and to whom data is entrusted.
Please note that your personal data shall not be transferred to a third country or an international organization and shall not undergo automated processing, profiling included.
Providing data is voluntary although a failure to provide it will preclude your participation in the recruitment processes.
