Military Aviation Works No. 2 S.A. and AVIONAMS are beginning talks on cooperation

Today, June 3, 2026, during the Hemus Air Show in Bulgaria, Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. and AVIONAMS signed a cooperation agreement aimed at initiating discussions and negotiations regarding potential joint activities in the area of operational support for F-16 aircraft and unmanned systems.

The signed agreement represents an important step toward building a relationship between two companies with extensive experience in the aviation and defense sectors. The parties declare their willingness to exchange experiences and identify areas where technical and business cooperation can be developed.

Potential cooperation is to focus primarily on issues related to maintaining the operational readiness of F-16 aircraft, as well as developing expertise in the operation and support of modern unmanned systems, which play an increasingly important role in modern armed forces.

The signing of the agreement also fits into the broader context of strengthening cooperation between Poland and Bulgaria in the defense and aviation sectors. Developing relations between companies in both countries fosters the exchange of knowledge, builds industrial capabilities, and strengthens the potential of the European defense industry.

The parties emphasize that the signed agreement paves the way for further discussions, which may result in future joint projects aimed at enhancing security and advancing modern aviation technologies.
