On May 27, 2026, WZL No. 2 participated in the international Drone Summit 2026 event, which took place in Riga. During the fair, we proudly presented the WIZJER unmanned aerial system at the Polish booth – a modern solution developed with the contemporary needs of the Armed Forces in mind.

Drone Summit 2026 brought together representatives of companies and institutions from 19 countries, showcasing the latest technologies and solutions in the field of unmanned weapon systems. Poland was represented by five companies, and the presence of WZL No. 2 S.A. provided an opportunity to promote the country’s technological potential and the capabilities of the Polish defense industry on the international stage.

Our place was visited by, among others, the Inspector of Unmanned Weapon Systems, Brig. Gen. Mirosław Bodnar, and the Charge d’affaires of the Polish Embassy in Latvia, Tomasz Szeratics.

The event combined an exhibition of modern military equipment with numerous conferences and expert panels, during which speakers from various countries presented the latest trends and directions in UAV technology development. The Drone Summit served as an excellent platform for exchanging experiences, building international relationships, and discussing the future of unmanned systems in the fields of security and defense.
