On June 26-27, 2025, the 5th POLON CBRNE Workshop – a nationwide event on CBRNE threats and critical infrastructure protection – was held in Bydgoszcz. The meeting brought together specialists from various fields, including science, industry and public services.
As part of the event, on June 26 at Kazimierz Wielki University, under the patronage of the Rector of UKW, a scientific conference was held entitled. “Protecting aviation critical infrastructure from CBRNE threats.” The program included numerous expert panels. Among the speakers were representatives of Military Aviation Works No. 2 S.A. – Dariusz Biernat, who presented the topic: “BSP systems designed at Military Aviation Works No. 2 S.A. in the aspect of threat reconnaissance”.
On the second day, June 27, an equipment exhibition and practical workshops with services and experts were held on the grounds of the Bydgoszcz Aero Club and Bydgoszcz Airport. Military Aerospace Works No. 2 S.A. presented an Unmanned Aerial System of the mini class “WIZJER” as part of the exhibition of aviation equipment. Our exhibition was very popular among the participants of the event.
