WZL 2 S.A., together with other companies of the Polish Armaments Group, has joined a strategic partnership with Embraer in the aviation and defense sector. The agreements signed pave the way for extensive, long-term technological cooperation and strengthen Embraer’s presence in Poland.

The key area of cooperation for WZL 2 will be the analysis and development of MRO capabilities for the KC-390 Millennium aircraft and other aircraft, as well as painting services – competencies that are one of the pillars of our business.

In the coming weeks, the parties will conduct a detailed analysis of potential projects including operational support, component production, supply chain development, and engineering work in the aviation sector. The agreement also opens up opportunities in the field of C4ISR solutions.

This cooperation is an important step towards strengthening the role of the Polish defense industry and developing new technological competencies at WZL 2, a modern MRO center for the air force.

During the event at Chopin Airport, Embraer presented the KC-390 Millennium transport aircraft and the capabilities of the A-29 Super Tucano in combating UAVs.
