Yesterday, November 14th, was a very solemn and special day for us! We celebrated the reception of the first American F-16 USAFE aircraft.
In July this year, we signed a long-term contract with the American company AAR Government Services INC for technical support for F-16 aircraft belonging to the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE).
It was a very important moment for Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. , to deepen knowledge and gain wider experience in the field of handling aircraft from the F-16 family, with which both USAFE and the Polish Armed Forces are equipped.
During the ceremony, Representatives of the Polish government, parliament, the U.S. Ambassador, local Authorities, and the Authorities of the city of Bydgoszcz were present.
We were honored by Prime Minister, Mr. Mateusz Morawiecki, the US Ambassador to Poland, Mr. Mark Brzezinski, Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Projects of MAP, Mr. Paweł Sobczyk, Governor of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, Mr. Mikołaj Bogdanowicz, Marshal of the Province of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, Mr. Piotr Całbecki, Deputy Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz, Mr. Mirosław Kozakiewicz, Inspector of the Air Force Gen. Pilot. Jacek Pszczoła, Head of the Armed Forces Support Inspectorate, Mr. Artur Kępczyński, Vice President of the Management Board of PGZ, Mr. Krzysztof Sola, and Member of Parliament, Mr. Tomasz Latos.
