On May 20, 2025, a delegation of Military Aircraft Works No. 2 S.A. took part in a conference entitled. “Consolidation of the European Defense Industry – Opportunities and Challenges”, which was held in the Bulgarian capital Sofia.

The event was organized under the auspices of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Bulgaria, and the participation of the delegation of WZL No. 2 S.A. was held at the special invitation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Sofia.

The conference was an important platform for exchanging views, experiences and strengthening cooperation between representatives of the European defense industry, diplomatic, military and expert communities. They discussed the future of the common defense policy in the European Union, opportunities for synergistic cooperation of defense industry plants and challenges facing European manufacturers in the context of a dynamically changing geopolitical environment.

The participation of WZL No. 2 S.A. in the event confirms the company’s commitment to the development of international cooperation and active participation in the process of building a strong, integrated European defense industry.
