International Defense Equipment and Services Exhibition HEMUS 2024

On June 5-8, at the PGZ stand in hall 6 (6-E-1), among 150 international exhibitors from Europe and the world, Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. present their offer at the International Defense Equipment and Services Exhibition HEMUS 2024 in Bulgaria (International Defense Equipment and Services Exhibition).

 

The HEMUS 2024 fair is another opportunity this year to present a wide range of your best products and solutions. At the stand we present products for military aircraft, including: Blok 2E-ME on-board integrated control and warning system ”EKRAN”, Voice Massages & Alerts Unit (VMAU), the VMAU Tester, Remote Control Unit for IFF System type PS-CIT-01, T-PS-CIT-01 tester (DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF AVIATION PRODUCTS).

 

Held every two years, under the patronage of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Finance, the specialized International Exhibition of Defense Equipment and Services HEMUS 2024 gives impetus to the development of the Bulgarian defense industry, providing manufacturers and entrepreneurs with a central point for presenting weapons and combat equipment along with the entire spectrum of defense assets.

 

The forum, which has been organized for 30 years, also provides many international exhibitors with the opportunity to establish commercial cooperation, create joint-venture enterprises for maintenance and renovation activities, and joint innovative research and development projects in the field of defense and security undertaken as part of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

 

During the first day of the event, the stand of Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. visited by the President of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev, commander of the Bulgarian Air Force in 2014-2016, together with Mr. Dimitar Stoyanov, currently serving as Secretary for Security and Defense in President Radev’s office. The Bulgarian side thanked WZL No. 2 S.A. for the current fruitful cooperation in supporting the operation of Bulgarian MiG-29 aircraft and expressed its willingness to continue cooperation. Among the visitors to our stand was also the Defense Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Bulgaria, Colonel Piotr Grela.
