The 12th International Air Fair Exhibition will take place on 17-18 May 2019 on the premises of our plant. This year, apart from the equipment static exhibition, we have prepared a range of amazing attractions.

The first day of the Air Fair, May 17th, is dedicated only to Exhibitors and invited guests. Almost 100 exhibitors will present their stands and showpieces. Our guests will partake in the symposium, the main theme of which relates to the innovations and development trends in aviation. The exhibition will start at 10.00 am and will last till 5.00 pm.

On 18 May, however, the Exhibition will be open for everyone (free entry). The beginning is planned at 10.00am and the end is scheduled at 4.00pm. The previous edition, which took place in 2017, attracted a lot of interest and gathered thousands of participants.

A wide variety of attractions will be awaiting the participants on the open day. The sky above Bydgoszcz will be occupied by pilots presenting their stunt flying. Three aviation shows will include the freestyle performance of Maciej Smólski on his Extra 300sc, a dynamic show on Yak3 by Piotr Kowalski, who has spent over 7000 hours in the air. Yak3 aircraft is the fastest and the most robust piston aircraft in Poland. Moreover, the 3AT3 group flying on Aero AT-3 aircraft will also show off their skills. They are the top-class pilots and the tightest flying formation in the country.

Apart from the aviation shows, the ground will also be bustling. Visitors will have an occasion to see military aircraft and logistics equipment. FORMOZA, one of the special forces’ units, will present its equipment. As every year, there will be an opportunity to sit behind the jet’s controls or step inside a real tank. The youngest visitors will also find something noteworthy like painting the aircraft fuselage or participating in competitions organized by different uniformed services. The exhibition will be enriched by numerous vocal and musical performances. Guests will have a chance to taste a military specialty, which is the pea-soup.

Visitors willing to see Bydgoszcz from the bird’s view will have an opportunity to fly in Cessna 172 or Robinson R-44. The sightseeing flights are organized by the Grafprom Aviation company. Tickets will be available in a specially marked tent. The cost of a 10-minute flight for one person is 150PLN for Cessna and 180PLN for the helicopter flight.

The Air Fair tradition is to award companies for their achievements in the field of innovations. This year, the awards will be granted on the second day at 3.00pm.

The event is under the honorary patronage of the Minister of National Defence, Head of the National Security Bureau, Province Governor of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Marshall of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz, President of the Civil Aviation Authority, President of the Polish Aero Club.
