On May 6-7, Defence24 Days – the region’s largest defense and security conference – was held at the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw. The event brought together representatives of the government, administration, military, experts, scientists and media to debate the key challenges facing Poland and Europe.
The exhibition was officially opened by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, stressing its importance for the Polish defense sector.
Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 S.A. presented a mini class Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System code-named WIZJER, arousing great interest among participants as an innovative tool to enhance reconnaissance capabilities.
Acting President of WZL No. 2 S.A., Jakub Gazda, spoke on the “Technologies for the Defense Industry” panel, introducing the company as a Competence Center for Unmanned Aircraft and emphasizing the role of innovation in the development of national technologies.
Defense24 Days is an important step in realizing the mission of WZL No. 2 S.A., enabling the presentation of technologies, establishing cooperation and further development in the defense and security sector.
