The Management Board of Military Aviation Works No. 2 S.A. is participating in an official visit to the Republic of Korea, as part of a government delegation organized by the Ministry of State Assets and the Polish Armaments Group. The purpose of the mission is to develop cooperation with Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) and other key players in the South Korean defense industry.

The visit included meetings with the Minister of Armaments Procurement of the Republic of Korea, Seok Jong-gun, as well as representatives of Hyundai Rotem, Hanwha Aerospace and KAI. Participants in the talks included Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski, Minister Konrad Golota and PGZ Vice President Jan J. Grabowski.

The talks included streamlining the implementation of concluded agreements, strengthening industrial cooperation and building a long-term technological partnership. Deputy Prime Minister Gawkowski proposed expanding cooperation to include the area of cyber security, which was welcomed by the Korean side.

Minister Seok Jong-gun assured of his personal supervision of the implementation of contracts with Poland and of keeping the Office of the President of the Republic of Korea informed of progress.
