Invite you to submit bids for the Order
named: “Delivery of Two Lifts for Aircraft Manufactured by Airbus, Embraer and Boeing”

- Subject of the Order
The subject of the order is the supply of two lifts for aircraft manufactured by Airbus, Embraer and Boeing designed to service the bow, wings and tail of the above-mentioned aircraft. The lifts must meet the Technical Requirements of the downloadable file.
Additional conditions by the Ordering Party:
- The supplied materials must have legal certificates and meet the current standards and be approved for use in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- take into account the investor’s recommendations.
- In addition to the paper form of the offer, attach an electronic version (scan of the entire offer on a CD only).
- Term and place of Issuing Bids
Bids in accordance with the bidding form which forms an integral attachment to this Announcement, to be submitted within the deadline of: 17 January 2025 by 02:00 p.m. at the Document Office (Kancelaria) of Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S. A. ul. Szubińska 107, 85-915 Bydgoszcz in sealed envelopes with the following note:
„Dostawa dwóch sztuk podnośników do samolotów produkcji Airbus, Embraer oraz Boeing”

- The Bid shall remain binding for the period of
60 days
- Anticipated Order execution time
12 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
- Supplementary Information
- The Ordering Party reserves the right to conduct further negotiations on the terms of the contract with the Contractors who have submitted bids,
- The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of partial tenders,
- The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is not carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Law Act (Ustawa Prawo Zamówień Publicznych), but on the basis of the internal Regulations, therefore it does not provide information on the content of competitive bids submitted during the procedure and reserves the right to suspend or terminate the bidding procedure without selecting any of the bids,
- The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely select a bid on the basis of the evaluation criteria, not to select any bid and to close the procedure without giving a reason, to close the procedure before the deadline for submission of bids or before the opening of bids without stating a reason, to change the conditions specified in the Technical Conditions at any time, to conduct additional negotiations with the selected bidders and to cancel the procedure for convenience,
- The condition for signing the contract is that the Ordering Party obtains the consent of the relevant authorities of the Company. In the event of failure to obtain the consent under discussion, the Ordering Party may cancel the proceedings,
- Information about the results of the proceedings does not oblige the Ordering Party to sign the contract. The Ordering Party signs the contract only with the Contractor whom it has previously invited to sign.
